What can i say...you are the best !!!! You are so professional, informative, and courteous. i would definitely tell people, though, that the manatee tour is strictly just observing them from the boat, because they are a very protected species. Also, I would tell them that Mexico Rocks is a wonderful place to see LOTS of different kinds of fish. The whole day Robles Point snorkeling-barbeque tour is really worth it !!!
I would also promote staying at Banana Beach Resort. The employees are very courteous, professional, and friendly. I always leave there, feeling as if I am leaving my family. Plus the resort is so pleasant.
Last of all, and most important, the owner of MTS needs to know that Eric Reyes is the best travel agent that I have ever had the good luck to work with. He is the epitomy of perfection in a travel agent. He spent a lot of time trying to get our trip to be as pleasurable as possible....from booking our rooms to making sure that there was always someone there to pick us up, whether it be at the water taxi, the airport, going on our tours, etc. Eric is an excellent...beyond excellent travel agent.
Thank you for everything ! We will definitely be part of a large tour group in February. Mare Staton will be calling or emailing Eric!

I wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for all your help making our 10 year anniversary such a special occasion. The whole family had a wonderful time. The ceremony was a lot of fun and the lunch was delicious. My father-in-law raved about the food for days.
I also wanted to let you know that Mr. Bernard went out of his way to make our day very special. He was extremely knowledgeable, interesting, and a lot of fun. He made us feel at home.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful country and making our visit and our anniversary very special. We look forward to visiting Belize again in the future.

Thank you for the great organization and choices you made for our recent trip to Belize. We all had a wonderful experience there. Cahal Pech was wonderful but very noisy at night. People laughing from the bar, dogs barking etc. Banana Beach was quiet and lovely.
Caracol was outstanding. David took us to a fabulous restaurant afterwards (Blancenaux) which was amazing. We all LOVED Rio on Caves and pools. The canoe trip was fantastic, and the tubing was excellent. David also took us to a Butterfly farm and everyone enjoyed it. The most wonderful activity for many of us was snorkeling in the Hol Chan Reserve/shark ray alley. I had not imagined swimming so close to sting rays and they are extremely beautiful I will count this adventure in my list of the best activities I have ever had. Thank you for all of your recommendations.

The trip went way beyond my expectations! The two hotels we stayed at were very accomodating. The tours we went on in San Ignacio were great! The hotel service was adequate. The cabana-like rooms were nice, I would have to say that our trip to San Ignacio was enhanced by the fact that we had David Martinez as our guide. He was very informative, and went out of his way to make our visit and touring to San Ignacio and surrounding areas so much more pleasant.
When we got to San Pedro, the staff at Banana Beach Resort were exceptional... all in all I think Maya Travel Services, especially you, Eric, did a fantastic job...above and beyond all our expectations. Talk to you soon...YOU ARE THE BEST ERIC !

In a nutshell it was fabulous and we couldn't have asked for anything better! You were so helpful right from the start with the initial planning and helping to finalize the areas and tours we wanted to focus on. I could count on a reply to any question or inquiry within 24 hours usually much less. Your insight was invaluable. The services were first rate. Everything outlined in the detailed itinerary and the vouchers was covered and we never had to worry about if we were going to be met or how we were getting to our destinations.You and your agency are outstanding!
The trip provided the history and look at the Belize culture along with relaxation for my husband & I, yet it still kept our 14-year-old son engaged and very interested in everything we had planned (even with no tv or video game access for the bulk of our stay at Five Sisters.We loved the lodging and facilities at Five Sisters. Receiving a briefing each night after dinner on what our next days activities was (an unexpected bonus) and we were able to be fully prepared for our tour the next day without wondering if we were forgetting a necessary item. The facilities at Inn at Robert's Grove were top notch as well. We appreciated the free use of water toys on the beach and the meals were outstanding. Actun Tunichil Muknal was definitely a must do.
Your services and those of the tour operators and places we stayed were outstanding. We appreciated the personalized service we received. We never felt that our patronage wasn't appreciated.

We had a great trip and will be happy to recommend Belize, and you in particular as a potential travel agent for any friends who hope to travel to your country. I got a personal connection with Delia, everything was excellent. She answered every question I had, and it was so helpful. You have been patient and helpful during our whole process. We also think Belize would be a great Girl Scout destination for others and will tell them so!
At Howler Monkey Lodge Ed and Melissa were so friendly, and the food was excellent, outstanding really, and very healthy and fresh. We recommend it highly. River Cave Tubing at Jaguar Paw should not be missed. Unspeakable beauty! Snorkeling on hot days, it was wonderful to be on the water most of the day and also to get to see San Pedro since we were staying on Caye Caulker.
We loved your services, and especially how patient and flexible you were. We added a service project at a Children's Home, and you worked well with us to accomodate it into our trip. You also followed Girl Scout requirements that we also were asked to follow. There is not much more you could have done to help us or to advocate on our behalf. We are very grateful.

I had a wonderful time, thank you for a job well done. The correspondence was fast, and the booking portion was excellent and hassle free! The Tikal Tour is a must do, and we enjoyed all our tours. We would do them all over again. Actually we signed up for extra tours like the Butterfly Farm and Botanical Garden in San Ignacio and enjoyed those as well!
Truly I have no compaints what so ever, both Victor and I were very pleased with all that was done, and we loved all the tours we went through. It was really nice to see you at the ceremony, to meet your daughter, who by the way, is a beautiful! young girl. I just finished writing to the Tut family at Crystal Paradise they were so wonderful to us. When we return we will for sure go back to stay with them.
We will most definately refer any friends or family who want to experience Belize to book through Maya Travel Services. Again, I thank you for all your attention to detail, and for making the most important day of my life, one that we will never forget.

Your response to my inquiry was extremely fast and you found a way to piece together everything that we needed - no issues. The accomodations were better than we had expected. We really enjoyed the family atmosphere of the thatched roof cabanas and the hotel in Ambergis was great - we only had to walk across the street from the airport! Very nice!
Everything was amazing!!! We were actually pleased with all of our tours - the ATM was great, the Black Hole Drop was also alot of fun (much more work than I expected - but still enjoyable), Tikal was spectacular and the people in the village where we ate lunch were great not to mention our fabulous tour guide Luis!, I also enjoyed diving in Shark Ray alley - was a very nice way to end the trip - I only wish we had one more day to spend exploring the Cayes! I really appreciate all your hard work in putting our vacation together! Thank you!

Hidden Valley was awesome. SunBreeze was not. The whirlpool and room were not as good as I thought they would be. Hidden Valley was cozy and very hospitable, the service on a scale of 1-10 was a 10. SunBreeze on a scale of 1-10 was a 2/1/2.
The Waterfalls and the Cave tubing were must dos. The horseback riding was fun. The canoeing or kayaking we could have done without. The beach was not very good. The snorkeling was good. The Lamanai Ruins were pretty good but really long trip there. It would have been fun to go see the ruins near where we went horseback riding.

We had a GREAT time on our vacation. It was very well organized and smooth. The pick-up and stay at the Crystal Paradise Resort was excellent. The food was plentiful and the owners were very nice. The Actun Tunichil Muknal caves should not be missed if travelers are interested in Mayan history, culture, caves and fun. We had a wonderful guide (Juan Carlos). Children and adults who are not physically fit should avoid this tour.
I would have liked a longer stay in Tikal. Luis, our guide, was excellent. He suggested going back in the evening or early morning - however the ruins are closed from 6 pm to 6 am. It would have been better staying 2 nights or leaving Tikal at noon and skipping the Zoo. It is also impossible to go from Tikal to the airport by 1:30. The 4:30 flight was perfect. It's easy to change.
The Sun Breeze was excellent. I suggest the larger rooms - not much more expensive and come with a refrigerator and sitting area. There is a grocery close by for drinks. There are lots of great restaurants in San Pedro. The only dive shop I would recommend is the Amigos del Mar. Clean, safe, efficient, etc... We went on a night dive - highly recommended.
The transfers, vouchers, bookings were all great. I would add water camera and lots of small US dollar bills for tipping to your list of things to bring. I would recommend your services to anyone.
