WEDDINGS HONEYMOONS AND ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS
WEDDINGS
Is your fantasy wedding ceremony on the beach by the sea or next to a waterfall in the jungle? In the orchid house at a Botanic Garden or amidst a swirl of blue morpho butterflies? On a Mayan ruin? Let us know what you have always dreamt of. Belize has many picturesque settings where you can exchange vows.

The Government of Belize requires that you reside in Belize 3 days and can
submit your marriage application on the fourth business day. The completed paperwork
is ready the following business day. We can facilitate the paperwork for you.
Our laws allow for a Justice of the Peace to officiate ceremonies in a Magistrates
office. Ministers and Priests may conduct ceremonies in their respective churches
or any other location you choose, traditional or otherwise. Many Ministers will
officiate non-sectarian ceremonies and allow you to write your own vows.
We can arrange for flowers, a photographer, music and celebrations before and after your ceremony. If family and friends will be on hand for the festivities, we can handle all their international and domestic travel plans as well.
HONEYMOONS
Your honeymoon should be the best,
most memorable vacation of your life. It is important that we take the time to
determine exactly what you want and where you'll be most comfortable. If your
honeymoon immediately follows your wedding, you may prefer to arrive in Belize
and spend a day or two in a hammock at a spa or on the beach, decompressing from
the excitement and stress. Other couples will arrive energized and ready to jump
into their next adventure.
We can help you decide how best to begin and conclude your vacation, and most importantly, what to do with the time in between. Some hotels offer honeymoon packages you might want to consider or you may prefer a less structured trip. It's up to you. You can contact us directly or begin by filling out the Comment Form so we'll have a better idea of what you're looking for.
ANNIVERSARIES OR RENEWING VOWS
You didn't have time for a honeymoon after you were married? You weren't able to take the kind of trip you wanted to way back when? Or are you celebrating many happy years together and want to reaffirm your commitment to each other? Whatever your needs, this trip should be well worth your wait. Let us know what your wishes are and we'll be happy to offer suggestions to help you properly mark this occasion.
ROMANCE AND WATERFALL
Waterfalls have been the subject of much literature and art throughout history. Their images bring to mind both power and tranquility. Some waterfalls are tumultuous enough to produce electricity. Others reminiscent of the Garden of Eden. Our geology and rains have created an abundance of picturesque waterfalls in the Cayo district. The 1000 Foot Falls in the Mountain Pine Ridge is the most visited. Also known as Hidden Valley Falls, this is the highest waterfall in all of Central America.
Hidden Valley Inn , a lodge on 7200 private acres of land adjacent to the 1000 foot falls, has seven remarkable waterfalls on the property. All are accessible via the lodge's 90 miles of well maintained hiking trails. King Vulture Falls and Tiger Falls are similar to the 1000 ft falls-rivers tumbling down granite cliffs into deep verdant gorges below.
Three others, Butterfly Falls, Manakin Falls and Secret Falls, are smaller, gentler, more serene and private. Butterfly Falls, at 80 feet, is the largest. All three plunge into crystal clear natural swimming pools below.
Book your own private waterfall for the afternoon? Guests at the lodge can reserve one of the orchid laden waterfalls, complete with picnic lunch and champagne. The falls could also provide a dramatic backdrop for a wedding ceremony.
